Our water taxi service, can take you with canoes/kayaks and personal belongings, to wherever you wish on the river.
We can drop you off on an island or at a beautiful rapid. You can paddle home or we will arrange to pick you up. Take a picnic, swimsuits, binoculars, cameras or your easel and enjoy the wilderness, that is the French River.
For a non-Canadian it was an awesome experience. Beautiful cabins in the woods (need to walk a bit to reach them right!), amazing views, nicely arranged, and tonnes of attractions: hiking, kayaking, swimming… Very nice staff too.

The naturalist in me was delighted with the sight of, a varying (snowshoe) hare leaping through the bush, ruffed grouse strutting and the sound of their drumming, wood frogs all along pond sides, an early painted turtle hauled out on a log, and bear paw-prints in the sand.
