To take advantage of our knowledge of the river or if you are not an experienced canoeist or kayaker, you can hire one of our guides to accompany you for an hour, half-day or full-day outing. To arrange to have a guide help you and/or your family explore the river in this way, please contact us well before your journey. We will design an excursion that suits your interests and paddling expertise. You might see beaver dams, an eagle’s nest, soaring osprey or even white-tailed deer from your boat. You can stop to pick blueberries or cranberries in our favourite berry locations or to go for a swim in the river’s warm water.
